Just returned from a fantastic break in the Cairngorms. First time we have hired a campervan out and very pleased to... say that the whole experience was faultless. From start to finish the communication from Lee was very quick, and clear. Our home for the week was clean and had everything that we needed for the trip. Staying in temperatures at -3 for a couple of nights wasn’t a problem as the heater kept the van nice and warm and was certainly never cold, nor was the shower and hot water. The van itself was a comfortable drive and handled the hills exceptionally well. Overall a 5/5 experience and definitely recommend.read more

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a brilliant time renting from these guys. It was our first time hiring one and within the first hour... in it I settled in and felt comfortable driving it. Really enjoyed our time visiting the Lake District on our way to Scotland for Edinburgh marathon and back again. Stopping at lakes and Lochs to swim and do some paddleboarding along the way. We took the Rimor Seal 9 with the 2 kids and it worked really well, us in the bunk above the cab and the kids in a bunk each at the back. We spent most the time off grid with short stays at some camp sites in between to empty the toilet and to fill up with water, we found it to be an awesome experience and would highly recommend it. Gas bottles were provided. We had No issue with electric being off grid for up to 3 days at a time and the deposit payment was back in the bank the same day as vehicle was returned.read more

We chose the Rimor Seal six berth van... which has one fixed bed, one electric bed. table and sofa and tv, the beds was very comfy. we didnt use the shower as we used the showers on our campsite. We had a amazing time away Lee was only a phone call away if they was any problems with the van. on returning the van Lee quickly examined it and returned the damage deposit on the same day. I would highly recommend Rentmycampa for quality of service, vehicles and price. We will be definitely be having the motorhome again that's for sure.read more

Met Lee a few weeks ago to have a look at the camper van which we hoped to rent. We chose the Rimor Seal six berth van... which has one fixed bed, one electric bed and one make-up bed in the lounge area. The vehicle looked amazing and seemed to meet our needs precisely as first time users. As there were only two of us we only used the fixed bed which was very comfortable. The toilet and shower room is excellent and the cassette system and waste water arrangements so easy to use. Lee has produced some brilliant videos on each van which, along with his explanation of the various lighting, heating, cooking, refrigeration and toilet facilities on the day we picked the van up meant that we were well set for when we arrived at our destination. We had a great time away and on returning the van Lee quickly examined it and returned the damage deposit on the same day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rentmycampa for quality of service, vehicles and price. We hope to use them again.read more

We hired a Rimor Seal 12P from Lee for 1 week. On collection, Lee greeted us and gave us a thorough walk round of the... van, inside and out, making sure we knew how to use everything. He also made it clear that he would be available at the end of the phone, day or night, should we need to ask him anything, or if anything went wrong. The camper was lovely and clean and came with a selection of plates, bowels, cutlery etc. Also came with a selection of cleaning products which is handy. The first 3 days we didn’t have electric hook up but the leisure battery was fine and lasted well. It never went flat. This vehicle has a good size shower for a camper. Water got nice and hot too. In general the camper is easy to use, even for a novice like me. Nothing too complicated. I would advise that you need regular water supply. We had to refill the water on a daily basis. Even more if you use the shower in the camper. At night the van stayed warm and it was good having a fixed bed. You can have the windows open too and they have fly screens to keep the bugs out. Our camper was a 6 birth but I think it would be very cramped to have 6 people staying in it. Probably more suitable for 4 people. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Rentmycampa again. Highly recommend. We decided to rent from Rentmycampa having rented one previously and thoroughly enjoying it. We decided this time to go... down south and travel from Dorset then all the way back up to the Midlands again stopping somewhere different every night. Firstly I’d like to say the Rimor Seal was just amazing. It was spotlessly clean on collection and Lee showed us around the home and explained how everything worked. There were also brochures in the folder in the home if needed. It was perfect for us as a couple and we also took our two dogs along and their cage fitted nicely in the garage part and we could still see them from the inside which was good for them. We hired the 4 berth swift 664 Motorhome to do the North Coast 500 last week. The Motorhome was the cheapest to hire I... could find(Don't put the prices up Lee 🤣), The communication from hiring the Motorhome to the day we returned from our travels was excellent- nothing was too much trouble, all our questions were answered. Lee explained everything about how to operate everything on the inside of the Motorhome before we left. He included a folder with operational manuals, brake down cover, insurance certificate and an accident form in(🙈)! The Motorhome was perfectly clean and was exactly what we needed for our adventure. It comes with the essential you need for a break away, cutlery, plates, dishes , cooking utensils etc etc. The cost to fill the tank was a lot cheaper than we first thought- bonus 🙂 I would definitely recommend anyone to use this company if they are thinking of hiring a Motorhome.read more

I would highly recommend Rentmycampa to anyone who is looking for a reliable campervan hire company. Lee has provided... us with impeccable customer service. We initially hired a campervan from Lee for last March, but due to lockdown we were unable to go. Lee kept us updated with everything and telephoned me as soon as lockdown was lifted to give us first refusal on dates so we could re book our holiday. We had a week away touring Scotland, mainly off grid. We had such a great time on our return we booked it again for this year. We have just returned from touring Wales this time, off grid and on a campsite, so you don't always need to be on a campsite to use the campervan. Lee provides everything you need from a camping and caravannig club member book which lists campsites that you will get discount on, to pots & pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, all the essentials including cleaning products to keep it clean, so all you need is your bedding and you are good to go. Lee also sends videos of the campervan that you will be hiring to familiarise yourself with everything prior to collection. There is also plenty of instructions in a folder to check on things if you are unsure. But Lee also tells you if you are ever stuck with anything to phone him, should you need to, but if you watch the videos and read the instructions you shouldn't need to bother Lee outwith business hours. Thanks again Lee for providing us with a great campervan, but most of all for your outstanding customer service. You always go the extra mile to ensure everyone has an easy enjoyable campervan experience, which in turn gives us an enjoyable holiday. We will no doubt be back again. Thank you so much.read more

My wife and I have just hired another van from these guys and yet again it came with the great service that they... provide. We had the van for 2 weeks over Christmas and we had a brilliant time. Our little jolly started with visits to relatives and friends in Kent over Christmas without the hassle of them having to make beds etc. for us and then we headed off to do our own thing for a week. Pick up was straightforward and Lee explained the controls and features of the van. Once on camp it was very easy to set up within 20 minutes, utilising the wind out awning and connecting the power. The van is well equipped even including some well thought out extras such as a bottle of drinking water and Fairy liquid. We rented the Swift Escape for a week touring the Highlands and what a week it was. We racked up around 1200 miles,... with three kids, in the rain, and loved every minute of it. The camper is spacious, comfortable, well equiped and very easy to drive. We left the rear bed down all week and just used the middle table for day to day use. Fuel consumption was far less than I had anticipated too, which was nice. Lee was also great, very thorough in explaining all the technical intricacies of using the camper which meant we drove away confident and ready to have fun. If anyone is looking for a campervan for a trip I would highly recommend this one, it comes in at about 70% of the price of some of the bigger companies offering the same size and the customer service was first rate.read more
