Covid-19 arrangements
CLEANING


All our vehicles are fully cleaned inside and out prior to our hirers collecting their Motorhome. In addition we will be undertaking the following:

Due to Covid-19 the interior of the motorhome will be disinfect and sanitise in all areas.

All surfaces on the inside of the vehicle will be wiped down with commercial antibacterial spray and wipes including the full drivers cab area.

All floors will be cleaned and then wiped down with antibacterial spray.

All cutlery and crockery will be removed from the vehicle and washed in a dishwasher at recommended temperatures. We are now using two sets of cutlery and crockery to prevent cross contamination.

All lockers will be disinfected.

All external handles, diesel filler cap, external taps, bike racks will be power washed, washed and then wiped down with antibacterial spray and wipes.

No bedding or towels will be available for hire until further notice. Please note that the additional cleaning required means that all vehicles will be required to be returned at the designated return time which will be before 10.00am.

COLLECTION PROCESS

You will be allocated a collection time, please ensure you arrive at this time, if you are late and there is a collection slot allocated after your allocated time you may be required to wait until that collection has taken place. Please do not arrive early.

On arrival please remain in your car until asked to leave it. Only the named hirer should leave the car, the remaining passengers should remain in the car until the handover process is complete and you are ready to load the Motorhome.

Please ensure that you bring a protective mask and set of gloves for your safety during the handover process.

A limited handover will be conducted in line with Social Distancing Rules. A manual will be provided with detailed instructions and phone support will be available for the duration of your hire.

Once the handover is complete and the Hire Agreement, Inventory and Vehicle Damage forms are signed then the vehicle will be handed over to you and you can then load the Motorhome.

You are then free to load the vehicle, once loaded you are welcome to park your car in a designated parking spot and are asked to place your keys in the envelope provided and hand them over for safe keeping.

Please note that there are no toilet facilities open on the site but you are obviously able to use the Motorhome facilities once the handover is completed.

If leaving your own vehicle on our premises, this is done so at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for any damage etc caused.

RETURN PROCESS

The following process is in place for return of the vehicle:


 

01

A return slot prior to midday will be allocated for the return of the Motorhome.

The hirer should collect their car key and move their car to the Motorhome to ease unloading.


 

03

Only people involved in unloading should be outside, other passengers should move to the car and remain there until departure.

It is essential that the interior of the vehicle should be thoroughly cleaned prior to the return of the motorhome, this includes the:

1. Fridge
2. Oven
3. All crockery/Pans used
4. Shower
5. Toilet and Washroom
6. All surfaces
7. The floor

 

05

The Toilet Cassette must be empty and cleaned thoroughly.

The Grey Water tank must be empty.


 

07

Do not refill the fresh water tank.

Please ensure you inform us if there is any damage to the vehicle or if any items are broken.

Please ensure you clear all your belongings from the vehicle when you unload.

 

These processes have been put in place to ensure the safety of our hirers and ourselves whilst the COVID-19 pandemic is with us. Please accept our apologies if they cause any inconvenience.
